摘要: 采用OM、拉伸试验机研究了不同温度、时间的两相区热处理对DP780双相钢组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:冷轧态DP780双相钢经过870℃×60 min奥氏体化,再进行780℃不同时间的两相区保温热处理后,试验钢组织为马氏体和铁素体双相组织,随着保温时间的增加,试验钢中马氏体含量逐渐减少。经过780℃×5 min两相区热处理的试验钢,其伸长率达到最大值18%,抗拉强度接近1100 MPa,试验钢的强塑性能匹配最佳。Abstract: The effects of two phase heat treatment with different temperature and time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of DP780 dual phase steel were studied by OM and tensile testing machine. The results show that the microstructure of cold rolled DP780 dual phase steel is martensite and ferrite after being austenitized at 870 ℃ for 60 min and then heat treated at 780 ℃ for different time. With the increase of holding time, the martensite content in the test steel decreases gradually. The elongation of the steel after heat treatment at 780 ℃×5 min reaches the maximum value of 18%, and the tensile strength is close to 1100 MPa, and the matching of strength and plastic properties of the test steel is best.
