    退火工艺对汽车用430铁素体不锈钢组织与力学性能的影响

    Effects of Annealing Process on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 430 Ferrite Stainless Steel for Auto

    • 摘要: 对热轧态430铁素体不锈钢进行了不同温度和保温时间的退火处理,采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、万能试验机等研究了不同退火处理对430铁素体不锈钢组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:退火态430不锈钢组织由铁素体和黑色析出相组成。随着退火温度的升高、保温时间的增加,430不锈钢中铁素体晶粒尺寸先减小后增大,析出相数量先减少后增多。退火温度850℃、保温10 min的430不锈钢组织中晶粒细小均匀,析出相数量最少,其抗拉强度为663.3 MPa,伸长率为32.4%,强塑性匹配较好。因此,850℃退火保温10 min为430铁素体不锈钢的理想退火工艺。

       

      Abstract: Hot rolled 430 ferritic stainless steel was annealed at different temperatures and holding time. The effects of different annealing treatments on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 430 ferrite stainless steel were studied by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, universal testing machine and so on. The results show that the microstructure of annealed 430 stainless steel is composed of ferrite and black precipitated phase. With the increase of annealing temperature and holding time, the ferrite grain size of 430 stainless steel decreases first and then increases, and the amount of precipitated phase decreases first and then increases. The microstructure of 430 stainless steel with annealing temperature of 850 ℃ for 10 min insulation is fine and uniform, the amount of precipitated phase is the least, the tensile strength is 663.3 MPa, the elongation is 32.4%, the strong plasticity match is good. Therefore, 850 ℃ annealing insulation for 10 min is ideal annealing process for 430 ferric stainless steel.
