    陕北某气田集气站管线腐蚀机理研究

    Study on Corrosion Mechanism of Gas Gathering Station Pipeline in Gas Field in Northern Shaanxi

    • 摘要: 针对陕北某气田集气站腐蚀严重的问题,对集气站接收的天然气和采出水组成进行分析。通过失重法测定L245NS碳钢在集气站不同部位的平均腐蚀速率,并对腐蚀产物膜和点蚀坑进行表征。结果表明:接收的天然气中CO2含量与H2S含量分别为6.33%和354 mg/m3,接收的采出水pH低,Cl-和成垢阳离子含量高,接收的介质属于强腐蚀强结垢介质;进站管线、污水管线和出站管线的腐蚀产物膜均不完整,腐蚀程度分别为轻度、严重、轻度,腐蚀形态均为点蚀,主要以CO2腐蚀为主。进站管线内的腐蚀结垢产物组成主要为BaSO4和CaCO3,污水管线内的腐蚀结垢产物主要组成为单质S、FeCO3和CaCO3。造成点蚀的主要原因为腐蚀介质结垢严重,垢在管线表面分布不均匀及Cl-和CO2腐蚀。

       

      Abstract: In view of the serious corrosion problem of a gas gathering station in Northern Shaanxi, the composition of natural gas and produced water received by the gas gathering station was analyzed. The average corrosion rate of L245NS carbon steel in different parts of the gas gathering station was measured by weight loss method, and the corrosion product film and pitting pit were characterized. The results show that the content of CO2 and H2S in the received natural gas are 6.33% and 354 mg/m3, respectively, the pH of the received produced water is low, the content of Cl- and scaling cations is high, and the received medium belongs to strong corrosion and scaling medium. The corrosion product film of the incoming pipeline,sewage pipeline and outgoing pipeline is incomplete, and the corrosion degree is mild, severe and mild respectively. The corrosion form is pitting corrosion, mainly CO2 corrosion. The corrosion and scaling products in the incoming pipeline are mainly composed of BaSO4 and CaCO3. The corrosion and scaling products in the sewage pipeline are mainly composed of elemental S, FeCO3 and CaCO3. The main causes of pitting corrosion are the serious scaling of corrosive medium, uneven the distribution of scale on the surface of the pipeline and Cl- and CO2 corrosion.
