中文摘要:研究了SAF2205双相不锈钢在不同焊接工艺和层间温度下焊接接头的组织和力学性能。结果表明:在所采用的焊接工艺参数下,GTAW和SMAW均能得到合格的焊缝,GTAW获得的焊接接头的组织和相比例优于SMAW,冲击韧度高于SMAW。连续焊时得到的金相组织严重奥氏体化。
英文摘要:The microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joint of SAF2205 duplex stainless steel at different welding technology and interpass temperature were studied. The results show that qualified welding seam is obtained by GTAW and SMAW through the used welding parameters. The microstructure and phase ratio obtained by GTAW is superior to that by SMAW and the impact properties by GTAW are higher than that by SMAW. The austenitizing of metallographic microstructure is severe at continuous welding.
