中文摘要:通过化学成分分析,金相检验,硬度测试等方法对模具W-Mo系高速钢SKH51裂纹原因进行了分析。结果表明:模具产生磨削裂纹的主要原因是碳化物带状偏析严重;合金元素钼、钒含量偏低,工件热处理回火不充分也会影响到裂纹的产生,并提出了相应的预防措施。
英文摘要: Methods such as chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and hardness testing were used to study the forming reason of crack in machining process of mold W-Mo high-speed steel SKH51. The results show that the main reason of grinding crack is band segregation of carbide. The low content of alloying elements (Mo, V) and tempering insufficiency of parts also affect the generation of the crack. Preventive measures are proposed to decrease or eliminate the crack.
