中文摘要:将直径为3.2 mm的高铬合金粉芯焊丝插入到高锰钢熔体中,制备出了定向分布的高铬铸铁棒增强高锰钢基复合材料。并利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、XRD、显微硬度计以及三体磨粒磨损试验对淬火态的该复合材料进行分析和表征。 结果表明,淬火后的复合材料由定向分布的高铬铸铁棒增强体和奥氏体高锰钢基体组成,增强体由奥氏体枝晶,以及残余奥氏体与M7C3碳化物的共晶体组成;增强体的硬度在1100~1280 HV0.1,为高锰钢基体硬度的4~5倍;将铸态的复合材料与高锰钢试样相比,淬火态的复合材料表现出较好的耐磨性。
英文摘要:Hadfield steel matrix composite reinforced by oriented high Cr cast iron bar was prepared by inserting high-Cr alloys flux-cored welding wires into hadfield molten. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the composite were carried out by optical microscope, electric scanning microscope, XRD, microhardness and three-body abrasion wear tester. The results show that the water quenched composite is composed of oriented high-Cr cast iron bars reinforcements and austenite hadfield matrix, the reinforcements consist of austenite dendrites, eutectic cells of M7C3 carbides and residual austenite phases. The microhardness of the reinforcements is 1100~1280 HV0.1, which is 4~5 times higher than that of hadfield steel matrix. Compared with the as-cast composite and hadfield steel, the water quenched composite possesses great wear-resistant behavior.
