中文摘要:通过提高制备泡沫铝合金原材料中的Cu含量来制备可热处理强化的泡沫铝合金。结果表明,当增粘剂Ca的加入量为1.2 %时,制备出的泡沫铝合金比较理想,但热处理后,其硬度仅提高9.2%;当增粘剂的加入量减少到0.6%时,制备出的泡沫铝合金孔隙率降低,并出现了孔洞缺陷,但热处理后的硬度可提高33.7%。
英文摘要:A foamed aluminum alloy strengthened by heat treatment were fabricated by increasing the copper content in the matrix of aluminum alloy. The results show that the foamed aluminum alloy is perfect when addition agent Ca is 1.2%, and the hardness of the foamed aluminum alloy after heat treatment increases by 9.2%. When the addition agent Ca reduces to 0.6%, the porosity of the foamed aluminum alloy decreases, and some cavities exsit in the foamed aluminum alloy, however, the hardness after heat treatment increases by 33.7%.
