中文摘要:蠕虫状石墨是介于片状石墨和球状石墨之间的一种中间形态石墨,蠕墨铸铁拥有优异的综合性能。钒钛蠕墨铸铁是以含钒钛合金元素的钒钛生铁为原材料,经蠕化处理后获得的蠕墨铸铁。由于合金元素钒钛的作用,钒钛蠕墨铸铁拥有更加优异的综合性能。因此,利用我国丰富的钒钛生铁资源,开展钒钛蠕墨铸铁在钢锭模、玻璃模具以及汽车刹车鼓和列车制动盘等方面的应用研究很有必要。
英文摘要:The shape of vermicular graphite is between flake graphite and nodular graphite, vermicular cast iron possesses exceptional combination property. Taking V-Ti pig iron containing vanadium-titanium alloy elements as raw material, vanadium-titanium vermicular cast iron is acquired through vermicularizing treatment. Due to the effects of vanadium-titanium, vanadium-titanium vermicular cast iron has superior combination property. Therefore, it is necessary to study the application of vanadium-titanium vermicular cast iron in ingot mould, glass mold, auto brake drum and brake disc using abundant V-Ti iron in China.
