中文摘要:根据热轧无缝钢管张力减径过程特点,建立了20机架张力减径机的三维热力耦合有限元模型。将模拟结果与实际产品的平均壁厚对比,偏差仅为2.2%,验证了有限元模拟的可靠性。研究了张力减径过程中荒管壁厚变化曲线以及不均匀壁厚荒管和不同转速差对成品管质量影响。结果表明:荒管壁厚呈现先增加后减小的趋势;荒管形状对成品管的影响很大,且成品管遗传了荒管的特点;转速差越小,钢管的壁厚越厚,越不均匀。
英文摘要:According to the characteristics of stretch reducing process in hot rolling seamless steel pipe, a 3-D thermo-mechanical coupled finite element model of the stretch reducing mill with 20 stands was established. Contrasting the average thickness between simulation result and real product, the deviation is only 2.2%, so the reliability of finite element simulation was verified. The thickness curve of pipe in stretch reducing, and the effects of the raw pipe with uneven thickness and different rotational speed difference on the quality of finished pipe were studied. The results show that the thickness of the pipe increases at first and then decreases; the shape of the raw pipe has a great effect on the finished pipe, and the finished pipe inherits the characteristics of the raw pipe; the smaller the speed difference is, and the thicker the raw pipe is, the more uneven the finished pipe thickness becomes.
