中文摘要:对开裂失效模具的断口形貌及显微组织进行了分析。结果表明:模具材料存在缩口、疏松等冶金缺陷,电火花加工后的变质层,在成形过程中齿形型腔受径向拉应力且分布集中是凹模发生早期开裂现象的主要原因。对模具的应力状态进行了分析,提出了组合凹模的方法以提高模具使用寿命。
英文摘要:The fracture appearance and the microstructure of the cracking failure die were analyzed. The experimental results show that there are some internal metallurgy flaws such as looseness, shrink hole in raw material, the flaws of EDM, radial tensile stress in the gear cavity and stress concentration during forging process, which are the main reasons for the appearance of early failure. The stress states of the die were studied, and the assembled-die structure is put forward to improve the service life of die.
