中文摘要:通过数值模拟法对某薄板镁合金压铸件进行计算分析,研究了不同流道方案、冷却水道设置对充型凝固过程温度场、残余变形的分布影响,并分析了影响薄壁件翘曲变形的因素,为实际工艺方案的制定提供理论依据。结果表明,采用去掉一个内浇口,增加模具冷却水道的工艺可获得质量较好的铸型。
英文摘要:The HPDC process for thin-walled magnesium alloy was simulated. The different runner schemes and cooling water distribution impacting on the temperature distribution of filling and solidification process were obtained. Furthermore, the distribution of residual deformation was investigated. Based on the simulation results, the influence factors of the thin-walled die castings warping were analyzed and applied to establish die casting process. The results show that the casting with good quality can be obtained by removing one ingate and adding cooling waterway into mould.
