中文摘要:基于SYSWELD数值模拟软件对铝合金平板搭接接头MIG焊进行了数值模拟,研究了焊接速度对铝合金平板搭接接头MIG焊温度场的影响。结果表明:其它焊接参数一定时,随着焊接速度的增大,焊缝熔池尺寸减小,焊接温度场温度梯度逐渐变小,且沿焊接方向温度场分布变得细长;焊接热循环的峰值温度随焊接速度的增大而降低。
英文摘要: Based on software SYSWELD, the overlap joint of aluminum alloy plate by MIG welding was simulated, and the effects of welding speed on temperature field of the joint of aluminum alloy plate were studied. The results show that when the welding parameters keep constant, as the welding speed increasing, the size of weld pool decreases, meanwhile the welding temperature gradient gradually reduces, and the temperature distribution along the welding direction becomes slender. The peak temperature of the thermal cycle reduces with the increase of welding speed.
