中文摘要:运用金相分析方法,研究了铝合金油冷器真空钎焊接头缺陷特征,说明了不同缺陷产生的原因,并在理论上进行了分析。分析表明:在钎焊时间和真空度不变的情况下,钎焊温度过低,易产生钎料熔化不充分、未焊合和钎缝圆角成型不良等缺陷,温度过高,又易发生熔蚀;钎焊接头的装配不均匀是产生未焊合缺陷的因素之一;钎料清洁度不够,易产生孔洞和夹渣缺陷;夹具的材料和夹紧力的大小不合适是导致翅片弯曲倒伏的主要原因。
英文摘要:The defects of aluminum oil cooler vacuum brazing joint were studied by metallographic analysis, and the defects causations were interpreted in theory. The results show that when the brazing time and vacuum degree are constant, the defects such as insufficiently melted brazing filler metal, not welded and bad brazing fillet occur at low temperature. The corrosion occurs at too high brazing temperature. Uneven brazing assembly contributes to the defects of not welded; insufficient solder cleanliness attributes to the appearance of holes and slag; the improper clamping fixture material and clamping force are the main reasons for the fin bending.
