英文摘要:The casting process and pouring system design of bend tube was introduced, then based on the numerical simulation analysis with Castsoft, the defect in the process of low pressure casting was forecasted. Through improving pouring system and using cold iron, the shrinkage in the castings gets effective filling, thus the pass rate of the castings greatly improves.
