中文摘要:研究了添加微量La、Cr 对G01压铸铝合金组织和性能的影响,测试了该合金的抗拉强度、硬度和冲击韧度,用光学显微镜观察组织,进而分析了添加La、Cr后力学性能的变化规律与金相组织的变化。结果表明:添加La、Cr 后合金组织晶粒明显细化;当La 含量为0.15%,Cr 含量为0.2%时,合金的综合力学性能最好。
英文摘要:The influences of adding La and Cr on the microstructure and properties of die-cast aluminum alloy were studied. The mechanical performance and microstructure of the alloy were investigated after adding La and Cr. The tensile strength, hardness and impact toughness were tested, and the microstructure was measured by OM. The results show that the microstructure is obviously refined after adding La and Cr; the mechanical properties of the cast alloy reach the optimum value, when the content of La is 0.15% and Cr is 0.2%.
