钎杆波形螺纹滚压成形的数值模拟与实验研究

中文摘要：介绍了钎杆滚压成形工艺的优点。应用有限元分析软件Deform-3D对钎杆波形螺纹的滚压成形进行了数值模拟，得到了零件滚压过程中的应力应变规律。同时通过实验得出了钎杆波形螺纹成形的影响因素。最后对实验中存在的问题做出了分析，提出了改善方法。
英文摘要：The advantages of roll forming process for drill rod were introduced. The FE software Deform-3D was used for the numerical simulation of roll forming process for waveform thread of drill rod, the stress-strain laws were acquired. Meanwhile, the effect factors of the roll forming were acquired by experiment. Finally, some defects in the experiment were analyzed, and the improvements were proposed.
