中文摘要:在以往研究的基础上,对汽车轮毂轴管头部两种成形方案—顺序成形和镦挤成形进行了有限元模拟。结果表明,两种方案均能正确成形,但是顺序成形能显著降低成形力,其主要原因是金属的流动模式发生了变化。顺序成形即可方便地在双动压力机上实现,也可在单动压力机上实现,但后者模具结构较为复杂。
英文摘要: Based on the past study, the two schemes forming the head shape of vehicle hub axle -forming in sequence and forming by upsetting-extrusion were simulated. The results show that the two schemes are right, but the scheme forming head shape in sequence can decrease the forming force significantly, the reason is that the material flow mode is changed. The forming scheme in sequence can be implemented on double-action press or single-action press. The former is easy and the die structure is simple, but the latter is difficult and the die structure is more complex.
