中文摘要：分析了铝合金筒体的等温挤压成形工艺及其塑性成形中的难点，确定了此类复杂外形零件的可行的成形方案，并对该零件的等温挤压成形工艺进行试验研究。结果表明：采用等温挤压成形的筒体满足使用要求，可为此类复杂外形零件生产工艺设计提供有价值的参考。
英文摘要：The isothermal extrusion forming process and the forming difficulty of aluminium alloy cylinder were analyzed. The feasible scheme of such special shaped forming was identified, and the isothermal extrusion process of the part was tested. The results show that the cylinder forging with isothermal extrusion forming process can meet the requirement, which provides avaluable reference for the process design of such special shaped parts.
