半固态Al2O3 / Al复合材料的制备和微观组织研究

中文摘要:以LY12为基体、Al2O3颗粒为增强相,运用半固态加工技术,制备了Al2O3颗粒增强铝基复合材料,研究了不同体积分数的Al2O3增强相对Al2O3/Al复合材料组织变化的影响。结果表明:Al2O3颗粒对半固态复合材料的流变性提高很大;Al2O3颗粒抑制半固态复合材料晶粒的长大;Al2O3颗粒含量为1vol%时,半固态复合材料呈弥散分布;Al2O3颗粒含量为5vol%时,晶粒尺寸稳定,晶界上的颗粒明显增多且呈网状结构。
英文摘要:Al2O3 particle reinforced aluminum matrix composite was investigated by semi-solid forming technology, using LY12 as matrix, Al2O3 particle as reinforcement phase. The effects of the volume fraction of Al2O3 particles on the microstructure of the composite were studied. The results show that Al2O3 particle increases the rheology of the composite and inhibites the growth of grain, the dispersive distribution of 1vol% Al2O3 particle in the composite was obtained. When Al2O3 particle is 5%, the grain size changes little, the number of Al2O3 particles along grain boundary has evident increase and presents network-like distribution.
