中文摘要:对离心铸造SiCP /ZL104、ZL109复合材料筒状件的颗粒在离心场中的运动特征进行了研究和数值模拟,并将实验结果与模拟结果进行对比。结果表明:在筒状零件的壁厚方向,形成两个区域,颗粒绝大部分偏聚在壁厚的外侧,形成颗粒偏聚区;在壁厚的内侧,基本没有颗粒,是合金基体区,两种结果在颗粒层厚度方面吻合;高温浇注可制备颗粒呈骤变分布的梯度功能复合材料。
英文摘要:The distribution rules of SiC particles in a centrifugal force field in ZL104 and ZL109 composite cylinder parts were studied by experiment and numerical simulation, and the experimental results were compared with that of the simulation. The experiment results show that, along the wall thickness of cylinder parts, there are two regions, and the most SiC particles distribute in the outer wall region, where the particle segregation region forms. In the inner wall, there are almost no any particles, and alloy matrix region is formed. The comparison results show that the thickness of the outer wall region with SiC particles obtained by the experiment is in good agreement with the thickness obtained by the simulation. The leaping changing functional gradient material can be prepared by high temperature casting.
