中文摘要:在900 ℃对Fe-50%Ni(1J50)合金进行50%热剧烈变形处理,并对变形前后的1J50材料进行适当氢气保护热处理。利用金相显微镜、X射线衍射和软磁测量系统对不同处理方式软磁合金的组织结构和性能进行表征。结果表明,Fe-50%Ni合金软磁性能比较低,经50%热剧烈变形的合金磁滞回线圆润,磁性能有所下降,但经氢气保护热处理后可获得粗大的等轴状晶粒,磁滞回线变得特别修长,软磁性能明显提高。
英文摘要:Fe-50%Ni alloy was treated with hot severe deformation of 50% at 900 ℃, and proper heat treatment of hydrogen protection for 1J50 before and after deformation was also carried out. The microstructure and performance of this magnetic alloy were characterized by metallographic microscope, X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurement. The results show that the performance of the Fe-50% Ni magnetic alloy is low, and the hysteresis loop of the alloy after hot severe deformation of 50% is round and magnetic properties decrease, but after heat treatment with the hydrogen protection, coarse equiaxed grains occur, hysteresis loop becomes particularly slender, soft magnetic properties improve obviously.
