中文摘要:研究了60CrMnBA弹簧钢的余热淬火工艺:60CrMnBA弹簧钢采用930℃保温20 min奥氏体化,随后冷至890 ℃出炉进行油淬,在420 ℃回火2 h,并实施强力喷丸处理。结果表明,用该工艺处理的60CrMnBA弹簧钢,其综合力学性能最佳;强力喷丸显著提高了弹簧表层的残余压应力和疲劳强度,其各项性能指标均能满足其技术要求。
英文摘要:The thermal quenching technology(quenched at 890 ℃ and tempered at 420 ℃) and then powerful shot peening of 60CrMnBA spring steel was studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of 60CrMnBA spring steel treated with this process are best. The surface residual compressive stress and fatigue strength of the 60CrMnBA spring steel is significantly improved by power shot peening. Its performance index can meet the technical requirements.
