中文摘要:在Gleeble-1500D热模拟机上进行热压缩试验,研究了变形温度为320~440 ℃、应变速率为0.001~1 s-1,最大变形程度为60%的条件下挤压态AZ81镁合金的高温流变行为。结果表明,采用加工理论分析材料的高温变形行为能准确反映出材料在不同变形条件下的组织演变规律。根据材料动态模型计算了挤压态AZ81合金的热加工图,结合显微组织观察结果分析了挤压态AZ81镁合金的热加工塑性变形性能, 在变形温度320~440 ℃、 应变速率0.001~1 s-1,最大变形程度为60%的条件下,失稳判据ξ(■)>0,说明AZ81镁合金在该条件下的塑性变形性能良好。热加工温度380~400 ℃、应变速率0.01~0.1 s-1为最佳热加工工艺参数区。
英文摘要:The deformation behavior of AZ81 alloy as-extruded was investigated by compression test using Gleeble-
1500D thermal simulator system under the temperature of 320 ℃ to 440 ℃ and strain rate of 0.001 s-1 to 1 s-1. The results show that the deformation behavior at elevated temperature analyzed by processing map theory can indicate the microstructure evolving law of the alloy under different deformation condition. The processing maps were calculated according to the dynamic materials model. The characteristic of hot deformation was analyzed, the instability criterion ξ(■)>0 shows that the hot deformation performance is good when hot deformation temperature of 320 ℃~440 ℃ and strain rate of 0.001 s-1~1 s-1. The optimum parameters of hot processing are hot deformation at 380 ℃~400 ℃ and strain rate of 0.01 s-1~0.1 s-1.
