中文摘要:采用合金化的方式,经熔炼浇注制备了3组不同含铬量的低铬球墨铸铁。通过显微组织观察、高温氧化性试验、生长试验以及热疲劳试验研究了低铬球墨铸铁的高温耐热性能。结果表明,3组不同铬含量的试样基体上均分布着球状石墨,其孕育球化效果较好;铬含量为1.6%的组分耐热性较好,可在900 ℃下使用。
英文摘要:By the way of alloying, after melting and pouring, three low chromium ductile irons with different chromium content were prepared. Through the observation of microstructure, high temperature oxidation test, volume growth and thermal fatigue test, the high temperature heat-resistance of low chromium ductile iron was studied. The results show that the microstructure of the samples with three different chromium content is spherical graphite distributing in iron matrix, the effect of nodularity is better; the ductile iron with 1.6% chromium has good heat-resistance, which can be used at 900 ℃.
