中文摘要:以AZ102镁合金为研究对象,分析微量Ti对其组织、性能的作用机理,并对Ti的分布进行了分析。结果表明:Ti主要分布在α-Mg和β-Mg17Al12之间;随着Ti含量从0.1wt%到0.4wt%,合金铸态组织和晶粒尺寸显著减小,使抗拉强度达到232.7 MPa。
英文摘要:The effects of trace Ti on the microstructure and mechanical property of AZ102 alloy were investigated. The distribution of Ti was analyzed by EDS. The results show that Ti mainly distributes between α-Mg and β-Mg17Al12, the microstructure and grain size of as-cast alloy is remarkably refined with the increase of Ti content when the content of Ti increases from 0.1% to 0.4% (mass fraction). So the tensile strength of the alloy can reach 232.7 MPa.
