中文摘要:通过对铝合金不同几何尺寸和焊缝形式的焊接接头疲劳试验,进行了应力集中系数的测定和理论计算,研究了焊缝几何特征对铝合金焊接接头疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:疲劳强度的降低因子与疲劳寿命有直接关系。焊缝余高的存在使接头的疲劳性能明显降低,增大焊缝余高,接头疲劳性能显著下降。
英文摘要:By testing welded joint fatigue of different geometric size and weld seam's form, the coefficient of stress concentration was measured and calculated. The influences of geometric feature of weld seam on the fatigue performance of the welded joint were carried out. The results show that the reduction factors of fatigue strength can directly affect the fatigue life; the existence of remaining height of weld seam can obviously reduce the fatigue performance of the welded joint.
