英文摘要：The significance of vacuum degassing and pressurized solidifying in improving the quality of castings was analyzed. The work principles and characteristics of vacuum die-casting and vacuum pressurized casting were introduced. The internal pressure expanding casting technique was proposed combining vacuum degassing with pressurized solidification technique, then its working principles, process, and its effects on improving the quality of castings were explained.
