焊接参数对超高强度马氏体时效不锈钢焊接接头组织性能的影响

中文摘要:选用不同的焊接参数对某新型无钴马氏体时效不锈钢进行直流TIG焊,对焊接接头宏观和微观组织进行了观察对比分析,并从焊缝中心到热影响区边缘进行了显微硬度测试。结果表明,该型马氏体时效钢焊接接头主要为连续板条马氏体组织,材料焊接性能良好。焊缝中心有大量的δ铁素体产生。随着焊接速度的增加,线能量的降低,铁素体减少,板条马氏体组织有减小的趋势;接头的显微硬度随距离焊缝中心距离的增加而增大,到达峰值后下降到一稳定值区域。焊缝中心处显微硬度随线能量增加而降低。
英文摘要:DC TIG welding was applied to new cobalt-free martensitic stainless steel with different welding parameters. The macrostructure and microstructure of the welded joints were observed and compared. The microhardness from the center of the welded joints to the edge of HAZ were also tested. The results indicate that, the major microstructure of this maraging steel is continous lath martensite, and the weldability of the material is good. A lot of δ ferrite generat at the center of the joints. The number of ferrite reduces with the incresase of welding speed and the reduction of energy input. The microstrcture of martensite tends to be refined; the microhardness increases with the increase of the distance to the weld center and declines to a stable region after a peak point. The microhardness at the weld center declines with the increase of energe input.
