中文摘要:采用ЭПУ-К型中压电子束焊机对7A52铝合金进行焊接,并对焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,其焊缝组织均匀致密、晶粒细小,由α(Al)+T(Mg3Zn3Al2)相组成,与母材的组成相相同;焊缝中Mg、Zn元素均有不同程度的烧损,其中Zn元素的烧损情况较Mg元素严重,焊缝中心Mg、Zn元素烧损情况较焊缝边缘严重;焊缝中心硬度最低;焊接接头平均拉伸断裂强度为431.7 MPa,平均冲击韧度为27.67 J/cm2,为母材冲击韧度的82.4%。
英文摘要:7A52 aluminum alloy was welded by Model ЭПУ-К of medium voltage electron beam welding machine. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint were studied. The results show that the microstructure of 7A52 Al alloy is uniform, dense and fine grain. The microstructure of the welded is composed of α(Al)+T(Mg3Zn3Al2) phase. It is the same with the phase of base metal. The Mg and Zn element have different degrees of evaporation and loss in the welding. The evaporation and loss situation of Zn is more serious than Mg. The evaporation and loss situation of Mg and Zn, in the weld center, was more serious than Mg and Zn elements of the weld edge. The hardness of the weld center is lowest. The average tensile strength of welded joint is 431.7 MPa. The average impact toughness of the welded joint is 27.67 J·cm-2, which is 82.4% of the impact toughness of base metal.
