中文摘要:为了提高镁合金焊接性,外加横向直流磁场下对厚度为5 mm的AZ91镁合金板进行TIG焊。通过对其不同磁场电流下所得焊接试样进行抗拉强度和硬度试验,以及焊缝区金相组织分析,系统地研究了磁场电流对焊接接头力学性能和微观组织的影响。结果表明,通过外加横向磁场对熔池进行搅拌,可以使焊缝晶粒得到细化,进而使其抗拉强度和硬度等力学性能得到改善;当磁场电流Im=1.5 A时,焊接接头的力学性能达到最大值,此时焊缝硬度85.27 HV,抗拉强度为325.2 MPa。
英文摘要:In order to improve the weldability of magnesium alloy, the transverse magnetic field was used when the AZ91 alloy with 5mm was welded by TIG. The tensile test and hardness test were carried on the welded joint with differernt magnetic current. The microstucture of the welded joint by optical microscopewas analyzed. The effects of magnetic field current on the ultimate strength and hardness of the welded joint were studied. The results show that transverse magnetic field can refine the primary crystallization structure by electromagnetic stirring and improve the ultimate strength and hardness of the welded joint. The optimal value is obtained when magnetic field current is Im=1.5 A,which is hardness 85.27 HV, and ultimate strength 325.2 MPa.
