中文摘要:采用熔炼法制备含Cr2%、4%、6%(质量分数)的低碳合金钢试样,并对试样进行A1熔点以上不同温度、不同时间的腐蚀试验。结果表明:腐蚀温度越高,试样腐蚀失重越显著,腐蚀温度是主要影响因素之一;Cr元素可有效缓解腐蚀,含Cr量越高耐蚀性越好,单位时间失重率越低;钢在Al液中的腐蚀是在扩散、金属间化合物生成和脱落、熔解的过程中进行的,Cr元素影响这些过程,进而影响腐蚀。
英文摘要:The samples including chromium (mass fraction) 2%, 4% and 6% were prepared by smelting. And different time corrosion tests above aluminum melting point were done. Experiment results show that the higher the temperature, the more the corrosion weightlessness of samples, the corrosion temperature is one of the main influence factors. Chromium element can effectively relieve the corrosion, the more the containing chromium quantity, the better the corroding-resistance, the lower the unit time weightlessness rate. The corrosion of the steel in aluminum fluid occurs in diffusing, intermetallic forming, falling off and melting, chromium element impacts on these processes, which impacts on the corrosion.
