英文摘要：Through analyzing the forming process of cylinder in cone cover, the cylinder was formed by cold extrusion process, and the process calculation was carried out. The structure and working process of the cylinder die under cold extrusion was described, and the design of concave die and punch die under cold extrusion was given. The cold extrusion process can ensure forming of the cylinder.
