中文摘要:研究了两种新型航空铝合金的L-T和T-L取样方向的平面应变断裂韧性KIC值,采用标准紧凑拉伸试样进行试验,最后对实验数据进行了整理比较,并对试件进行了扫描电镜观察,通过电镜照片分析了该现象的产生机理。研究结果显示,这两种新型航空铝合金平面应变断裂韧性均高于传统航空铝合金,且存在明显的各向异性。对于同种铝合金材料而言,L-T取向的KIC值高出T-L取向KIC值42%~45%。
英文摘要:The values of plane strain fracture toughness KIC of L-T and T-L orientation of two new styles of aero aluminum alloys were studied using standard CT(compact tension) specimen. The data of all tests were analyzed, the specimen were also investigated using the scanning electronic microscope (SEM). The reason was analyzed from SEM pictures. The results show that KIC values of the two styles of aero aluminum alloys are larger than those of traditional aero aluminum alloys, there exits obvious anisotropy of plane strain fracture toughness, Aimed at the same kind of material, the KIC value of L-T orientation is 42%~45% greater than that of T-L orientation.
