中文摘要:在金字塔形栅格材料压缩试验的基础上,研究了其单轴压缩应力-应变曲线、吸能能力和吸能效率。结果表明:金字塔形栅格材料单轴压缩应力-应变曲线呈现线弹性变形阶段、弹塑性阶段、软化阶段、致密化阶段四个阶段;与泡沫铝合金的压缩性能比较,其压缩强度更高,吸能能力更强。
英文摘要:Based on the compressive test of pyramidal lattice material, the stress-strain curves, energy absorption capacity and energy absorption efficiency under uniaxial compression condition were investigated. The compressive stress-strain curve of pyramidal lattice material consists of four distinct regions: linear elasticity region, plastic collapse region, softening region and densification region. Compared with Al alloy foam, the compressive strength of pyramidal lattice material is relatively higher, the energy absorption capacity is stronger.
