中文摘要:讨论了C-Mn-Si低合金钢控轧控冷生产HRB400的工艺流程、化学成分、力学性能、金相组织与强化机制,提出了合理的C、Mn控制目标。同时对实验中出现的问题进行了分析,提出了解决问题的措施。实验结果表明:C-Mn-Si低合金钢控轧控冷生产HRB400金相组织为F+P,钢筋心部和边缘的晶粒度为8.5级和9.5级,比热轧钢筋分别提高1.0~2.0级,力学性能符合HRB400的要求。
英文摘要:The controlled rolling and controlled cooling process, chemical composition, mechanical properties, microstructure and strengthened mechanism of the tested ribbed bar were discussed. The reasonable C, Mn content were proposed. The investigation of testing problem was carried out and some measures were proposed. The results show that the microstructure of the tested ribbed bar is F + P. The ferrite grain size in the center and surface of the tested ribbed bar is about 8.5 and 9.5 level, respectively, 1.0~2.0 level higher than that of hot rolled ribbed bar. The mechanical properties of the tested ribbed bar qualify for HRB400.
