回火对新型C级圆环链用钢组织与性能的影响

中文摘要:对新型C级圆环链用钢分别进行300、420、500和600 ℃的一系列回火试验及其力学性能测定;研究了回火温度对钢淬火后性能的影响。结果发现,实验钢在400 ℃附近回火可得到良好的综合室温力学性能和冲击韧度,可以满足C级圆环链力学性能的要求。
英文摘要:A series of tempering experiments were carried out at 300℃, 420℃, 500 ℃ and 600℃ and the mechanical properties were studied. The effects of tempering temperature on properties of quenched link-chain steel were studied. The results show that good comprehensive mechanical properties and impact toughness at room temperature can be achieved when tempered at about 400℃, which can meet the requirements of C grade link-chain steel.
