中文摘要:采用料浆涂覆的方法在钼基体表面制备了玻璃基防氧化涂层;通过SEM、XRD、防氧化性能测试对涂层表面形貌、显微组织结构和氧化失重进行了研究;探讨了玻璃基涂层预烧工艺对钼电极表面的防氧化性能的影响。结果表明:涂层经1100 ℃保温10 min的热处理后,具有最优的防氧化性能。
英文摘要:The glass-based oxidation resistance coatings on Mo substrate were prepared by slurry method. The morphology, microstructure and mass loss of the coatings were studied by means of SEM, XRD analysis and the test of oxidation resistance property. The influences of presintering craft on the oxidation resistant properties of the surface of molybdenum electrodes were also investigated. The results show that the coatings presintered at 1100 ℃for 10 min have the best oxidation resistance property.
