中文摘要:摘要 本文分析对铝锰合金的显微组织、力学性能,以及铝锰合金在不同热处理状态下的力学性能进行了研究,研究结果显示表明:铝锰合金的显微组织为a固溶体基体上分布着AlMn6 和Al11Mn4金属间化合物,合金随着锰含量的增加,析出金属化合物数量增加,晶粒变粗;铝锰合金在锰含量为0.09%- 2.15% 的范围内,强度随含锰量的增加而增加,当含锰量大于2.15%时,强度随含锰量的增加而降低。铝锰合金的硬度随含锰量的增加而增加,塑性韧性随含锰量的增加而下降;铝锰合金不能通过热处理进行强化。
英文摘要:Abstract: the paper research on microstructure and property of the Al-Mn alloy ,and analyzing Al-Mn alloy mechanics property varying in heating disposal, the research result show that an increase of content Mn of alloy always cause a increase of metal combination in quantity and widen in crystal . An increase of content Mn of alloy always cause a increase in intensity within the range of 0.09%—2.15% of content Mn . an increase of content Mn always cause a decrease in intensity when it is more than 2.15%. an increase of content Mn always cause a increase in rigidity. an increase of content Mn always cause a deincrease in tenacity. intensity of Al-Mn alloy could not be increased through heating disposal.
