中文摘要:以球墨铸铁QT350-22U铸造件风力机轮毂为研究对象,采用修正的雨流计数法处理载荷谱,并结合Palmgren-Miner线性累积损伤理论和有限元法,分析了铸造件轮毂在不同质量等级下的疲劳损伤。结果表明,不同质量等级下轮毂的疲劳损伤相差较大,但以球墨铸铁QT350-22U为材料的轮毂在两种质量等级下均能满足风力机20年的寿命要求;基于有限元法的疲劳分析还可以找到轮毂累积疲劳损失最大点,为轮毂的优化设计提供参考。
英文摘要:Taking wind turbine hub casting from QT350_22U as research object,its load spectrum was processed by modified Rain-flow Counting Method,and the fatigue damage analysis of the casting hub at different quality levels was calculated by applying the Palmgren-Miner linear cumulative damage theory and the finite element method. The results show that the hub damages are of great difference from different quality levels, but the wind turbine hub casting of ductile iron QT350-22U can meet the requirements of 20-year life at the two different quality levels ; Fatigue analysis based on finite element method can also help finding the maximum accumulated fatigue damage points and provide a reference for the optimal design of hub.
