中文摘要:采用水平连铸生产的FA6502铜合金管材内壁出现缩孔的问题,而与其成分接近的SP1铜合金生产的管材质量却好很多。因此,本文针对这两种铜合金做了一系列对比实验,找出了产品出现质量问题的原因:由于FA6502铜合金中Mn、Fe两种合金元素的含量较高,铸件凝固过程中受糊状凝固影响较为严重,导致铜液的流动性变差,浇注时有些位置不能很好的填充,凝固时有些位置不能很好的得到补缩,造成内壁缩孔的缺陷。
英文摘要:FA6502 copper alloy pipe which is produced through horizontal continuous casting appears shrinkage cavity, but production of SP1 copper alloy which element is almost the same is much better. So, a series of comparative experiments are done by this paper to find out the quality problem of product. Because, Mn、Fe in two kinds of alloy element content of FA6502 copper alloy is higher, paste solidification is easier appeared in solidification processing. Liquidity of copper pipe becomes bad and some place can’t be filled well when poured which causes the defect of the shrinkage cavity.
