中文摘要:采用热模拟的方法获得了足够试验研究用尺寸的焊接HAZ组织,根据试验材料的要求,按照正交试验方法考察了不同焊接热输入条件下,热处理温度和保温时间对焊接HAZ的低温冲击韧性的影响。研究表明,热处理温度对焊接HAZ的低温冲击功影响高度显著,过高的处理温度可能会造成再热脆化,过长的处理时间对改善焊接HAZ的低温冲击韧性没有多大帮助。
英文摘要:Weld HAZ structure that size was large enough for experimental study was acquired by thermal simulation. According to the request of the experiment material, orthogonal experiment design method was adopted to arrange the tests to investigate the factors that would affect the low temperature toughness of the weld HAZ. The energy input, heat treatment temperature and time holding in the treatment temperature were studied. Results showed that the heat treatment temperature was high prominent to the low temperature impact energy of the weld HAZ, too high temperature might cause reheat embrittlement and holding in the treatment temperature for longer time is little help to improve the low temperature toughness of the weld HAZ.
