中文摘要:基于SYSWELD数值模拟软件对铝制冷凝器进出口接头TIG点焊进行了数值模拟,研究了不同焊接电流对其熔池形貌的影响。模拟中充分考虑了材料热物理性能的非线性,及对流、辐射等边界条件对焊接温度场的影响,并运用HSF校正工具对热源各项参数进行了校核。研究结果表明:在其他焊接参数一定时,随着焊接电流的增大,焊点熔深增加,且熔深尺寸为工程实践制定焊接工艺提供了参考。
英文摘要:Based on software SYSWELD, the aluminum condenser joint of the import and export by TIG spot welding was simulated, and studied the effects of different welding currents on the morphology of the welding pool. The Simulation fully considered the nonlinear of the material thermal physical properties, and convection, radiation and boundary conditions on the influence of the welding temperature field, and using the HSF tools calibrate the heat resource parameters. The results show that, with the invariable parameters but current, the welding pool’s depth sizes increase as the current be augmented. In addition, the size gives a reference to set down the welding process in practice.
