中文摘要:感应加热是金属导管钎焊的一种有效方法。本文利用有限元分析软件,通过电磁/热耦合计算对Cu-Al金属导管接头的感应钎焊过程进行了数值模拟。对不同工艺参数下导管接头的温度场计算的结果表明:钎焊接头钎料区域的平均温度与加载电流及频率基本呈线性关系,并随线圈间距以及线圈与工件距离的增大而减小。将数值模拟计算结果与试验测量结果进行分析比较后表明,温度计算结果与实测结果吻合良好,计算模型可靠,可以为实际焊接过程中的工艺制定提供依据。
英文摘要:Induction heating is an effective method for the brazing of metal tube. This paper deals with numerical simulation of Cu-Al pipe joints induction brazing process, using the method of electromagnetic/thermal coupled calculation with finite element analysis software. The research of temperature contribution on the induction heating zone through different parameters showed that: the mean temperature of induction heating zone is almost linear with the applied current and frequency, decrease with the increasing of the coil space and the distance between the coil and the specimen. The comparison showed that the results of numerical simulation are consistent with the measured results, providing a scientific basis for the selecting of the welding process.
