中文摘要:实验研究了不同工艺条件下添加MgCO3对AZ91D镁合金微观组织的影响。结果显示,MgCO3是一种良好的晶粒细化剂。未经细化的AZ91D镁合金的平均晶粒度为180.4m,当加入量为1wt.%、740℃加入MgCO3时细化效果最佳,平均晶粒度为79.7m。当镁合金中不含Mn元素时,添加含碳变质剂后无细化效果。利用电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜发现, Mn元素在碳质法中是不可或缺的,该元素是异质形核核心的组成元素。
英文摘要:The purpose of experiment is to research the effect of microstructure to magnesium alloy under different process technology .The result shows, MgCO3 can refine the AZ91D effectively .we can get the best result when we add 1% MgCO3 into the magnesium alloy at 740℃,and the average grain size of the α-Mg grain decreases from about 180.4 to 79.7 .And when there is no Mn element in magnesium alloy, no refinement is found after MgCO3 was added. Based on the analysis of OM, SEM, Mn is indispensable to the grain refinement, it is the composition of effective nucleant in Mn-containing magnesium alloy
