中文摘要:对断裂的曲轴进行了化学成分、金相、显微硬度、扫描电镜等分析,结果表明:断裂为疲劳断裂,裂纹起源于内孔表面的淬火裂纹和粗糙的内孔壁;材料中较多的疏松和偏析等缺陷降低了材料的疲劳性能,疲劳裂纹易于扩展,从而最终导致曲轴的断裂。
英文摘要:The fractured crankshaft was analyzed by chemical composition, metallographic analysis and microhardness, scanning electron microscope, etc. the results show that the break was fatigue fracture, and the crack originated in quenching cracks of inner hole surface and rough inner hole surface, more defects such as loose and segregation of the materials reduced fatigue performance, fatigue crack easy to expand, thus eventually cause of the crankshaft fracture.
