中文摘要:采用超音速火焰喷涂技术喷涂不同工艺的两种粉末,得到Cr3C2-25NiCr和WC-12Co涂层。对涂层的冲蚀磨损性能进行了测试。采用扫描电镜对原始粉末以及冲蚀前后涂层的组织形貌进行了观察。结果表明,团聚烧结粉制备的涂层组织较致密。粘结相含量较多的涂层,其冲蚀磨损性能较差。致密度较高的涂层,其冲蚀磨损性能较好。
英文摘要: Cr3C2-25NiCr and WC-12Co coatings were prepared using HVOF spraying technology with two type of powders. The erosion performance was tested by a blast erosion tester. The morphology of feedstock powders and microstructure of coatings were observed in scanning electron microscopy. The results were shown that coating was high density which sprayed using agglomerated-sintered powder. The coating was shown less erosion performance with more cohere phase and shown high erosion performance with high density.
