中文摘要:通过对重力条件下生产的产品的缺陷分析,提出了在差压条件下对铸造工艺进行改进的措施。结果表明:采用差压工艺,该铸件的充型能力大幅增强;机械性能明显提高;针孔、疏松组织及氧化夹渣对铸件的不利影响得到减轻,铸件的致密性大幅提高。充分证明了差压工艺在薄壁复杂铝合金铸件生产中的优势。
英文摘要: By analyzing the defective casting in gravity, the improved measure of casting process in counter-pressure was proposed. The results indicate that mold-filling capacity and mechanical properties were obviously improved and the bad effects of pinhole, shrinkage microstructure and oxidizing slag in casting were relieved effectively by adapting counter-press process.The advantages of counter-pressure process in thin-wall complex aluminum alloy casting were terrified.
