中文摘要:本文简单地介绍了国内外铝合金熔体除氢的技术方法。分析了熔炼温度对氢含量的影响,并对试验所采用的溶剂法(C2Cl6)和固定喷吹法(N2喷吹)的工艺参数进行了研究,得出最佳熔炼工艺参数:C2Cl6精炼剂使用量为熔液的3%,N2流量为2L/min。该试验用铝合金熔炼除氢工艺能够满足5052铝合金氢含量0.15-0.2ml/100gAl以下的要求。
英文摘要:This paper briefly describes the technical approach of the domestic and international aluminum alloy purification and degassing hydrogen.And analysis the melting temperature to the influence of hydrogen content, study the process parameters of solvent (C2Cl6) and fixed injection method (N2 injection) which used in the test, the optimum of melting process parameters is: C2Cl6 refining agent for the use of molten 3%, N2 flow to 2L/min. The hydrogen content in products which used the aluminum smelting and degassing hydrogen process in the test,can meet the 5052 aluminum alloy of the following 0.15-0.2 ml/100gAl.
