中文摘要:本文介绍了铸造合金ZLSi6Cu3Mg的化学成分,熔炼过程中溶剂的成分配比以及试验中三种渣层厚度和所用电流大小。通过对ZLSi6Cu3Mg合金的电渣熔炼试验,进行了试棒的热处理,测量了试棒的化学成分。利用正交试验方法,选用2号渣厚度80MM,电流大小为300A做试棒的力学性能试验和断口扫描为最佳选择。结果表明铸件的抗拉强度有了较大程度提高,出现了少量的铸造缺陷。
英文摘要:The article introduces the chemical composition of the casting alloy ZLSi6Cu3Mg, solvent composition proportion, the three kinds of slag layer thickness and the current size during the Melting Process. Heat treatment of test bars and the chemical composition of tests bar is measured by ZLSi6Cu3Mg alloy smelting tests. By the orthogonal method, the second slag thickness is 80 mm and the current size is 300A that is the most excellent refining effect, which is used the testing mechanical property of test bars and the Fracture scanning. The result shows that the Tensile strength of casting has a greater degree of improvement and the Casting appears a little casting defect.
