中文摘要:以镁合金汽车轮毂为例,建立铸件三维模型,设计铸造工艺方案,运用CAE技术预测铸造缺陷,改进了铸造工艺。结果表明:对于镁合金轮毂中心浇注式挤压铸造工艺,应将螺栓孔填平,并尽量采用大尺寸浇口充型,以实现平缓顺序充型和顺序凝固,保证得到高品质的镁合金轮毂。
英文摘要:Taking magnesium alloy automobile wheels as an example, using CAE technology to predict casting defects and optimize the casting process. This study includes 3D-model establishment and casting process design. The results indicate that: for the center pouring squeeze casting process of magnesium alloy wheels, in order to achieve the smooth sequence mold filling and sequence solidification, then guarantee high-quality magnesium alloy wheels, the bolt hole should be filled and use large gate mold filling as far as possible.
